Description: Former Green hair products warehouse built in 1996 of clear-span prefab metal with a prefab metal roof. It has a 17.5' eave height and a 22' center height. It has no interior improvements such as office space, restroom, or air-conditioning or heat. It does have fluorescent lights and three phase electric power. The front of the building has a 14'x12' drive-in door and the rear has a 14'x12' drive-in door. There is a 10'x12' dock high door on the west side. There is a concrete sidewalk with concrete parking for cars on the front, and a concrete truck loading area on the west side. There is a 28 foot wide grass driveway out to North Street.

Directions: Go south on either Highway 45 or 145, go to the original downtown Shannon to Boyd Avenue. Turn south on Boyd Avenue to the Shannon Fire Department building and then turn west on Broad Street. The tall metal building is the second building on the right (north side of street).
